Contribuisci feedbackAlthough the quality of the food didn’t fully justify its high price, the restaurant's ambiance felt authentically Japanese. The walls were adorned with posters and paintings of bamboo and tree branches, enhancing the overall Japanese atmosphere. Additionally, patrons could choose to sit in a traditional Japanese style on a platform with flat cushions or at standard tables and chairs, which adds a nice touch to the dining experience.
I ordered from Yakitori King 8 via Foodpanda, and my experience was quite disappointing. I never expected yakitori could be so unappetizing. The sauce was entirely lacking in flavor, and the chicken seemed undercooked, resulting in an off taste that suggested old or poorly prepared meat. The curry sauce was also inadequate, offering both weak flavor and small portions. It felt as though the ingredients were carelessly assembled, with no effort to create a cohesive dish. The meat in the curry had a questionable taste as well. Japanese cuisine is typically known for its meticulous attention to detail, even in the simplest dishes, but that was completely lacking at Yakitori King 8. I would rate it 1 star and cannot recommend it.
Your takoyaki is absolutely delicious! I don’t usually enjoy sushi or maki, but I decided to give yours a try, and it was fantastic, I promise! The price is definitely worth it, and the miso soup is really tasty as well!
The service could use some improvement. We were quite disappointed during our visit last night to celebrate Mother's Day, as we had to wait for nearly an hour.
One of the top choices in the Malabon dining scene! The food is authentic and incredibly tasty! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is very welcoming. A must-visit for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
