Jaz Rock Burger Cafe - Malate

I never received my order. The person delivering it never got here. I even asked the lobby guard if there was a delivery but no one came. The person in the chat support also tried to contact him but was unable to reach him. This was really disappointing. I feel robbed since the food was already paid for. I even had to go to work without eating. I was told a tefund will be processed but it doesn’t change the fact that someone got the food I paid for. Please make a system wherein they can’t say a food is delivered until the person who ordered really got the food.

Buffalo wings were not cooked properly. Chicken wings were half cooked and still oozing blood. Burger and kebab was okay.
