Shake Shack - Maltkiln Lane

Food arrived very quickly but was still cold. Cheeseburger was cooked well done as requested but had almost no cheese, sauce, or lettuce on it, and a huge amount of sliced onions. Fries were fine, cheese sauce on side as requested but tasteless. Chicken bites were very good.

Normally Shake Shack is amazing, but this time, DoorDash AND Shake Shack messed up with my order. I ordered with DoorDash while it said there is a few mintues before the restaurant 0.4mi away from me closes. I pressed order, and apparently my order went to a different Shake Shack, about 8 mi away, and it didnt warn me or anything that it was ordering from a different restaurant. When I got my food, it was already cold. Also, I ordered a Christmas Cookie milkshake. It had no Christmas Cookies in it. Also, I didnt get a straw. Everything around me was closed, so I couldnt go get a straw anywhere else. How do I drink the milkshake without a straw unless I make a mess? Nicee

The portion sizes were terrible. I paid $15 for a very basic cheeseburger. While it did taste good, I definitely won’t be paying that again. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the size of the burger—seriously, is that really it?

The grilled cheese sandwich was unappetizing. The French fries were hit or miss; some were burnt, others were soggy, and they were all cold. The burgers were decent, though.

I tried Shake Shack for the first time, and the fries were fantastic! However, I found the chocolate pie milkshake to be disappointing. The buffalo chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty good.
