Really loved this pub. We just fancied a roast when driving home from Whitby to Manchester. A quick Google search showed this place as well reviewed nearby. The food service was impeccable. The landlady ran a very tight ship. Well worth a visit!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Ate here last night for the Christmas party season. Hats off to the chef staff for making it a great night. Starters came camembert sticky pigs in blankets beautiful. Mains beef melt in the mouth turkey cooked to perfection. Desserts just topped everything off. Food on another level well worth the price. Staff attentive friendly smiles on their faces atmosphere fantastic. Well worth a visit not just for Christmas food. Always a warm welcome excellent food. Thank you for a great evening.

Beautiful pub, much comfortable and fabulous staff. that was delicious. we are always here for a meal while we enjoy our stay on the slingsby camping and caravaning website. in any case worth a visit.
