Noodle-ly - MAMMOTH LAKES

Good food as well as great customer service. This is one of our favorite place to eat when visiting Mammoth.

Super good went a few times while we were in mammoth for the weekend. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was very nice. Would definitely go back.

It?s nice to have some pho noodle soup in cold weather! It?s probably the best you can get as it?s the only show in town. The service was good, the food was generally ok. We were slightly disappointed that the soup was lukewarm and a bit salty. We asked for hot water to add to the soup and it helped. I got #1, and the soup was also much more greasy then usual. My wife got #2 and her soup was not as greasy .

Very questionable business model, they prioritize togo orders and make their dine-in tables wait over an hour (togo orders were constantly coming out) The pho eventually came out very salty as others have said, which likely means they use instant pho cubes. Their khao soi did not have a curry base broth not sure what it was but it didn 't taste bad. Overall food was decent especially on a cold day but service/atmosphere was bad. They started rejecting parties but the owners friends came in (a big group of eight or so) and instantly got seated, essentially cutting all the other parties that have been waiting there for half an hour. Nice, won 't be back

Delicious and filling ramen restaurant. Their selection list is not huge but it is a good variety. The drinks menu also covers some great sake. The spices and seasonings avaliable at the tables are also really great. I only ordered the small bowl but even that felt like a lot of food! I will be back for more.
