Cold Stone Creamery - Manassas

Haven’t been to Coldstone in a while and was really looking forward to getting a Founder’s Favorite. The ice cream was okay but not amazing. The waffle bowls/cones were made in advance and left out on the counter, so they were soft and horrible. The staff who helped me didn’t do any special mixing as it was probably a slow day, but then they asked if I wanted to add tips when I paid by card. After reading other reviews, this is probably just not a great location. Will try the one in Mosaic next time.

Really high quality, would recommend the chocolate devotion. Service was slow, but they were understaffed

The employee that waited on me was in a daze. When I asked him to mixed my ice cream he just stopped and stared at me as if I requested something foreign to him. The experience was very strange and unsettling. I will revert to grocery store purchases going forward if this is the norm.
