Dunkin' - Manassas

I ordered an iced cappuccino. Three of the four employees has to collaborate on how to make it. The drink was awful it tasted like milk over ice with cinnamon. I asked for a refund and was told they did not know how to process a refund only the manager could do that. They offered to remake the drink but why would I want that. The employee said her managers name is Michelle she did not know a last name or how to contact her. She did not know the phone number to the store.What type of manager leaves that level of employee alone to conduct business. I plan to keep submitting one star reviews until I can figure out how to contact “Michelle” and get a refund.

This location was the worst experience I 've ever had anywhere regarding customer service.Not to mention a traumatizing personal experience.One of their employees legitimately harassed humiliated as a result of me using the restroom twice.An employee started pounding on the bathroom door and yelling come out of there right now before I call the police! I legitimately thought it was a joke. She persisted to Pound on the door and yell these things until I was done .I was in there for less than 5 minutes.When I come out she is at the door to confront me and yelling you need to leave right now or I 'm calling the cops on you! What are you even doing in there? She is screaming this in front of the entire store where customers and other employees are watching this.I was so shocked and replied with ...I was using the bathroom?.. The employee did not accept that answer and accused me of doing drugs in there instead.It was absolutely insane.I still don 't even know why she suspected that, that 's a very serious accusation to make especially in front of the entire store.I swear I am not a Karen, I never post negative reviews about places. But this was so insane and honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen.She made a very private/personal matter (like needing to use the restroom) on blast in public demanded I explain why I needed to use the bathroom twice .Me, my family will never go there again. Obviously.
