Hog Shack B-q - Manassas

As a newcomer to Manassas, I decided to give BBQ a try. Unfortunately, the food I had was bland and flavorless, as if it hadn't been seasoned at all. Thankfully, I had a DoorDash credit which helped offset the high prices. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the food and would recommend finding another restaurant, even a chain BBQ place would likely be a better option.

I had high hopes when I entered the restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I was not greeted promptly and had trouble finding a clean table to sit at. When I finally got seated, I ordered the brisket with two sides. However, the portions were disappointing - only 4-5 pieces of meat, five fries, and a small cup of mac and cheese. With a soda and tax included, the total bill came to $28. Despite the high price, I left the restaurant still feeling hungry and considered going to McDonald's instead. It's hard to justify spending almost $30 and not leaving satisfied.

The waitress was friendly, but food was, low grade. It seemed OLD. I will not be going back, there.

Amazing! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Bar is properly stocked and the food is absolutely perfect
