Why do we have to go to the counter for refills waiting with other trying to get food. Will say if mc Donald's already charges more for their sodas then they did and if they change soda refill access and charges for each soda eventually my family and I will definitely stop going to mc Donald's.In the past...NOT OPEN.... TAKES MOBILE ORDERS BUT SAYS THEY WONT FILL THEM. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO REFUND MOBILE ORDERS??? .... HAS A PERSON IN STORE WHO WONT SPEAK TO YOU AND HANGS UP WHEN YOU CALL. NO EXPLANATION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE ATTITUDE... WENT BACK A SECOND TIME TOLD SYSTEMS ARE DOWN AND RESTARTING TAKES 45 MINUTES TO DO THAT... 45 MINUTES? WHAT SYSTEM??? EVEN A 1980S COMPUTER SYSTEM TOOK LESS THEN THAT. TOTAL ATTITUDE AND WEIRDNESS. LOOKS LIKE ONLY ONE OR TWO STAFF AND THATS WHY THE DIFFICULTIES. SEEMES INTENTIONAL OR A LIE.No customer service on how to get a refund on money you paid.Couldn't buy food cash, couldn't do anything. They just were sitting inside doing nothing.
The lady who brought my food out for curbside was very professional and nice and didn't have a attitude about bringing it to me. Thank you !!
