Panera Bread - Manassas

Panera is a safe harbour for vegans! it is always nice to know that they will have good vegan food, no matter where they are. always a great option if they are on a trip! their suppen and pastas are the best!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, it was tasteless, and spicy. Other than that, the cinnamon bun, grilled cheese, decaf coffee and lattes were fine.

Order : 832376420 Your order delivery estimate is today between 3:06pm-3:16pm Once I saw the order tracking had said delivered I checked outside the suite/office and building 3 timesbefore I called in around 3:30 p.m. From the beginning the manager was standoffish in tone and dialog, If it says deliveredthen IT WAS DELIVERED is what the manager said to me even after explaining I had never received the food. It was a $50 order,not much for a Tuesday lunch but I WOULD RECONSIDER catering or any delivery purchases from Panera especially if you are on atight schedule and value customer service.

Most Paneras leave their cups out and allow for kiosk ordering for quick and convenient self service. Not this one. Apparently the franchisee doesn't trust their customers.

I've had better experience at Panera. We ordered two sandwiches. One came wrong and the second was not grilled as it usually comes. When I approached the manager he didn't even offer to replace the order. We swallowed the food but it was not pleasant.
