Papa John's Pizza - Manassas

The service at this restaurant is top-notch, earning 5 stars for timing. I have some small comments for improvement on the pizza I ordered. I attempted to replicate the Captain's HH recipe for a #VanessaGuillen pizza at this location. The dough was cooked correctly with no toppings in the center zone, and the staff did not skimp on cheese. It is recommended to place the pepperoni on last for aesthetics. However, the pizza did not taste like "COVID (or the #FortHoodmurders never happened." I was able to achieve that effect at the Maryland Greenbelt PJ store #727. I suggest the staff visit for a quick check-in. The conditions for dough storage temperature need to be very specific.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. Their service is terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. They promise one thing over the phone but provide a completely different service at the door. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

Horrible, delivered to the wrong house without even confirming the order was for the correct house. We now have to wait a total of an hour and 30 to get our food and the person who picked up could not or would not even try to reimburse us nor even givecredits for the trouble. They never even apologized for the driver's incompetence or the mix-up.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the pizza and wings were delicious.
