Pho-char Grill - Manassas

I was disappointed because part of my order was missing from the restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. However, I had a frustrating experience when I informed the woman at the counter of my name as she had requested. She looked at the bags and asked to see my receipt. Even after showing her my order number, she insisted on knowing my name. After showing her the name on my phone, she finally gave me my order. It was quite frustrating, especially because I had come in wearing a uniform with my name tag clearly visible on my chest.

The food is consistently delicious, genuine, and made with fresh ingredients.

Delivery was great! I have ordered from here for a long time now and the prices stay the same, but the portions get smaller and smaller. The containers of noodles and chicken used to be full, now they are barely half filled, the spring rolls used to be much larger and the sauce containers are barely a quarter full- even when I pay to order extra. Might be time to rethink Pho Char Grill and find another pho restaurant.

The pho was great! I was traveling for work the whole week and stopped by a few pho places. This place was the best one I had all week!
