Pho Le Vietnamese - Manassas

I had a wonderful experience dining here for a late-night meal. We started with shrimp toast as an appetizer, and I expected whole shrimp like the ones I used to enjoy in Vietnam. Instead, the shrimp were pureed and spread onto crispy French bread, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely not greasy at all. The pho broth was light and not overly salty, making it perfect for adding hoisin sauce to suit my taste. I highly recommend this place!

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my wife, and we both ordered Pho since it’s our favorite. We wanted to try something new, but I found the dish to have a bit too much of a clove flavor for my liking. We also had the summer shrimp rolls, but they seemed more like lettuce rolls. However, the peanut sauce was quite tasty. Our server was nice, respectful, and very helpful. Despite my mixed feelings, I’ll still give them 4 stars and consider coming back for another visit. After being served, I waited at the front counter for over five minutes to get some black pepper. When I finally managed to get the server's attention, I realized that my once piping hot pho had now cooled down to a lukewarm temperature. I mentioned this to her, and her response was that she was the only one working and asked if I wanted her to “heat up” my pho. That kind of reply is really disappointing for a customer. We work hard for our money, and if we wanted lukewarm food and lackluster service, we could easily just eat elsewhere.

The Shaky Beef was amazing. The meat was PERFECT. It was really tasty and not dry at all. Perfectly seasoned etc. Next time I will ask them to yank the tomatoes. It's just a personal choice. I hate tomatoes and don't think they add anything to the dish....Definitely order the Shaky Beef.....and I'm sure the other dishes are amazing. I am only ONE person and can't order everything by myself.

Nice interior, I really like their roasted quail , pho is ok, just like any other places
