The lady who serves me very rude she don’t speak customer nicely,even she refuse taking order very bad experience.

I ordered a 6 inch Turkey sub with extra cheese and a protein bowl with cheese. Neither item had any cheese let alone extra upon delivery. This is terrible service.

I really appreciate the manager Atif Iqbal for finding out what cheese was pasteurized.... Monterrey jack. Because I can only eat that while pregnant. His effort made my day!

So normally when I go into this Subway, there's always a cute and friendly Hispanic woman who works in there. Today, there was some surly Muslim guy who was clearly pissed off that he had to wait on me, or anyone for that matter probably. If I had to guess, and I could be wrong, he was probably the owner and he couldn't get anyone to work today. It's a brilliant strategy to take out you being pissed on your customers. He had a total attitude, he looked angry, he didn't even respond to anything I said, he barely threw my sub together, and when I got home half of the roll was stale. A terrific experience all around.
