Absolute Baking & Cafe - MANCOS

Stopped for lunch. Was not too busy. Waitress very pleasant but distracted by too many customers and tables. Not her fault. Ordered cheeseburger done medium. Came back a bit undercooked on a ciabatta bun. I ate it. Bun was a bit too much. Charged extra for green chili to put on burger. I was underwhelmed. Seems like a trendy place. An off day, perhaps?

Great coffee, cool old building, diverse menu, authentic bakery!!! I would have loved to try every delicious looking goody in their case, had I not been full from the perfectly cooked breakfast!

A wonderful find if you're near Mancos,CO. It was the annular eclipse weekend so the restaurant was overly crowded. Because of that service was friendly but quite slow. Otherwise a great place, probably with better service when not so crowded.

Horrible wait times for wraps. Waited 45 mins on a Friday. Great desserts. Good price and quality. Terrible turkey wrap. Had no taste at all. The spinach wrap was fine.

Always amazing food! The best local eatery in Mancos by miles. I feel that it’s got better and better over time. I’ve never had a bad meal.
