Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Mandaluyong

Service is good, though place is small, just right for two.one more thing no water for the customers w/c I think is lacking, the reason why I gave two stars only.

Sweet donuts, hot and iced coffee, sweet drinks, all available in here. Staffs are attentive and polite. Great service.

Main dining area is still closed... minimal seating capacity but donuts are good, so it's better to order for Take Out instead of Dine In.

2 stars. I really want to give one star but I really love this place especially the donuts they serve. The reason behind my poor review is because of the customer service that I experienced earlier when I went to buy some delightful treats. I fall in line like any other customer and waited for my turn at the counter, little did I know that you need to ask the staff behind the shelves of donut for your order. So I continued in line and thought of what I would like to order. I stood there for almost half an hour but for me the donuts are worth the wait, then I reached the counter. At the counter, I waited 3 mins. before the staff asked my order. He didn't even smile or even thanked me for waiting. Not that it's an issue. Just a little appeasement would be nice. After all, its a very tiring day. Then he asked the staff behind the shelves of donut for my order. And when he said that I still don't have any order. He asked me to order first and fall in line again. I would not mind the least if the line was short but it was long. He wanted me to wait again just because of that. When he can just ask the staff to prepare it. It was a simple order. Just three donuts and a latte. If they can't prepare the latte, then the donuts are enough. It's not that I'd hate Krispy Kreme Donuts till Kingdom come. I just hate what I experienced when I went there. But all's well that ends well. I'm alright now. I have my Dunkin Donuts with me. Peace!!!
