Pho Hoa, Megamall - Mandaluyong

Reasonably priced Vietnamese but not particularly delicious. Ordered a green bean and pork dish which was VERY salty. It had probably 3 times as much salt as necessary. Also ordered a beef pho. It said it was spicy but ended up not being too bad. However, the broth was not very flavorful, even with the added spice. It had a good amount of beef in it, and wasn't too expensive (though I don't know what local prices should be like), so I thought it was fine overall. I have a worst experience on this place i eat before my flight back to us. After i finished eating i ask the waiter 3 times waited more than 15 min before i yell at them that i will leave if you guys dont give my bill to pay. Thats the time they gave me the bill.
