I just tried their gyro for the first time at the Slidell street fair today, and it was one of the best gyros I've ever had! Absolutely delicious! Plus, their gyro kit is a great deal!

My husband and I ordered shrimp and fries at the Troy Fair, and they came with a delicious remoulade sauce for dipping. I have to say, these shrimp were absolutely the best fried shrimp I have ever tasted! I've lived in both Maine and Florida, where seafood is abundant and fresh, but this totally surpassed anything I've ever tried there! I've eaten at Bubba Gump on the Santa Monica pier, and while those were quite good, these were even better! You might think shrimp doesn’t belong in fair food, but trust me, it’s worth every penny and every single bite! The coating was perfect, and the crunch was just right! I'm so tempted to pay for admission to the fair just to enjoy another plate of that shrimp!

Fantastic staff serving delicious food with generous portions! Be sure to try one of their dishes when you visit these wonderful people.

I tried the alligator sausage and it was amazing! I had it at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA.

The gumbo was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it, and I really wish this place would stay in Pittsburgh permanently.
