However, we ordered Eggplant Gabriella for an appetizer: a large slice of eggplant topped with shrimp and sauce. Yummy. Recently we had the fried soft shell crab: it was the best I’ve had in years. All the desserts are delicious, too. We’ve always had an exceptional meal here.
Cafe Lynn consistently sets the bar on how to properly prepare and serve their guests. Our entire experience from appetizers through dessert was exceptional. Thank you Chef Joey for sharing your masterpieces.
Had reservations for 6:30, got there a few minutes early and was immediately seated. Payton was our waitress and she said that she was new but she gave prompt and efficient service. Danny had the red fish almondine and I had the crab cakes, we also had fried crab claws as an appetizer. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. We will definitely dine there again if we are back this way!
Cafe Lynn has by far ,hands down, the best tasting food on the Northshore, is a hidden fact, the chef/owner has trained under the most talented chef from the original laprovence ,the staff and service are very experienced and knowledgeable, I would recommend this establishment before any other restaurant around.
Food was delicious. Unfortunately we waited 20 min before anyone even came to our table... Which we had to call one of the waiters over. We waited 35 min to receive our first drink which were terrible (worst old fashion my husband ever had). There is No excuse for how late someone came to our table to acknowledged us. The establishment is not big and there were atleast 4-5 empty tables. Like I said food was delicious and maybe we will come back at another time.
