Sawasdee Thai Cuisine - Mandeville

The food at Sawasdee Thai was excellent. We began our meal with Thai dumplings and Thai Cajun Fried Eggplant, both of which were delicious. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp at a medium level of heat, while my son opted for the Panang Curry with seafood at an extra hot level of spiciness. However, our entrees got mixed up and I found the drunken noodles too spicy to eat, while the Panang Curry was just right. The service was slow despite there not being many customers in the restaurant. It took a while for our appetizers to arrive and even longer for our entrees. Despite the delays, the quality of the food made it worth the wait. We will definitely be returning to Sawasdee Thai in the future.

I have never had better Thai food than what I experienced at this restaurant. I highly suggest giving them your support. Each bite was bursting with new flavors and they offer plenty of affordable options. The staff is very friendly and there is ample seating available. I dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I recommend trying the Pad Thai Noodles.

We started our meal with the delicious dumplings as an appetizer. For our main dishes, we enjoyed the fried rice with crunchy chicken, curry, and pad Thai, all of which were delicious. I have eaten lunch at Sawasdee a few times. The food was pretty good, but not the best Thai I've had. I would try again, but there are other Thai Restaurants around that I'm consistently pleased with. Prices were reasonable, but the service was a bit slower than I would like for lunch time.
