Always a pleasure to visit smoothie king, so sad that the $5 Friday's disconnected

Love this smoothie king! It is both a drive-thru, and a walk-in. The people that work there are super friendly. They have a bunch of healthy snacks to choose from too on the inside, it isn't just smoothies. Bars, protein powders, and all types of snacks. Been getting smoothies from here for the longest time, and they haven't let us down, yet! The smoothies are definitely smooth, yet rich and delicious :D

I always give 5 stars to Smoothie King, love them and all their products. But this one, the staff is more concerned about talking to one another, tasting extra samples, or even taking their time at the window. I would like to receive my total when I order, but they do not do that. It depends on who is working the window, but when I show my app to earn rewards, some staff give the look of annoyance. I'm there once a week and will continue to go, hopefully with school starting, the staff will show more willingness to be helpful.

Sunny is the most thoughtful person, not only that but another worker stop what she was doing to help me also. They both gave suggestions and great customer service. when people listen to what you want and are able to help you it shows they are genuine. I am sorry I did not get the other young lady name but she had blond hair in a braid she deserves a shout out also. Great job ladies!!!
