The Book And The Bean - Mandeville

1st visit. I saw the Facebook post about the Potsticker soup, and it looked so good. And it was! She was also making chicken salad while I was there, so I had to try it too. It was great. Don't know what seasoning she uses, but it was perfect. I'll be back soon.

Kind of had higher hopes for this place! Love the vibe inside, as kind of like a lagniappe store for goodies if you’re interested in that, but it also did not smell super great inside sadly. Got an iced chai, and didn’t think it tasted much like anything either… Cute place to stop in an look at some goodies or potential gifts but I don’t think personally I’d go by again

I stopped in here, because in my opinion, there is not much better than a book store combined with a coffee shop. Very cute. Evidently this is quite the hangout space. Employees are friendly, everything is neat, clean and well organized. Lots of locally sourced items for sale.

Funky little coffee shop with light food offerings.

I've been visiting this coffee shop for a while now, and I have to say it's the ideal way to kick off my mornings! The staff is incredibly helpful and always greets you with a bright smile.
