Contribuisci feedbackI visited with my three young children and found the staff to be extremely accommodating. We chose to sit outside, and the manager came over to check if we would prefer to move indoors, as it looked like it might rain a little. It was really wonderful to have such a thoughtful experience, with the manager ensuring that everything was comfortable for me and my kids.
The food here is consistently good, but the service has declined in recent months, primarily due to a shortage of staff and the absence of managers. On my latest visit, we waited nearly 35 minutes after finishing our meal just to obtain a gift card promotion. During that time, not a single manager came to our table to check in or apologize; the only person who did was our hardworking server, who was doing her best under the circumstances. It’s disappointing that the managers were nowhere to be found and failed to support their team. Additionally, the front hosts were also absent, despite having two staff members on duty, who spent their time on their phones instead of attending to customers.
Quick place for a bite of food. Always nice service.
I Always get the shorebird. Today it was bland, bun totally fell apart. An off day i guess.
Asked for my burger medium rare. The waitress replied they will only go as low as medium. I said I'll take medium. They served me a rare, borderline raw burger.
