A shop that sells Goto, a porridge containing offal. In the Philippines, it seems to be a ramen-like soul food. Apparently there are several stores in Manila. The porridge is made with beef stock, so it suits the Japanese palate. It might have been the best dish I ate in the Philippines. There are three ladies running the place, so you can feel safe. Counter or takeout only. A simple goto costs only about 150 yen. It's about the size of a small udon noodle, but it's hot so it takes a while to eat.
