All we tried was delicious, including salads, oysters, French onion soup, burgers, sides (ion rings, steak-frries, Mac and cheese, and not even me started on the Argentine rib eye! Sage is a wonderful steakhouse with a fantastic menu, with various options and seasonal offers. Her wine list is extensive and her bar is beautiful! The service is wonderful, the attention to detail (from decor to food presentation is something to see. And it is clearly well managed because the staff is knowledgeable, well trained and just happy. Last night in the city, Marvin took care of us. And Ace, one of the managers who had stopped from our table during each of our many visits, made it a point to say goodbye and wish us. It just made us feel like family, and we are very happy to book another trip back to Manila and back to Sage. I wish there were more Sage Bespoke Grills on the other Shangri-La properties, because it's an absolute leak here! Also... we were able to order their complete menu via room service (which we used three times during our four nights, in addition to eating in the restaurant twice! .

The steak isn't bad at all. Go for the grain fed ones if you want it more tender. The molten lava cake was pretty good, too.
Sage bespoke grill is a steak restaurant that offers predominantly Australian cuts of beef. Though they do have lobster, oysters and some seafood, the menu is mostly steak. The steaks are good and better than most in the city with their tomahawk steak being an impressive cut.
