Vege Select - Manila

You won't believe it's vegetarian! My favorite dishes are the veggie Bicol Express and the barbecue. The all-female staff is fantastic and incredibly patient with elderly customers, even when they throw tantrums.

This restaurant offers an excellent selection of vegetable dishes that are both tasty and delicious. The food is light and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach. The staff is friendly, approachable, and very helpful. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

The food has an authentic vegetarian flavor. I highly recommend it!

The xia long bao was quite disappointing; it tasted frozen and was served cold, lacking any flavor. The soup inside was strange, and the meat didn't seem like real meat. Additionally, one serving of vegetables cost around 120 pesos, which is overly expensive. The staff, especially the Filipino ones, were also rude. I definitely won't be returning!

We walked in without checking any reviews or social media, and to our delight, we discovered a hidden gem—an underrated restaurant in Binondo. We noticed the halo-halo poster and decided to order the Xiao Long Bao as well. The flavors were fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere felt homey, filled with many older Chinese-Filipino patrons enjoying their meals.
