Harborside - Manitowoc

Bartenders wonderful, waitstaff good, food , okay. Not very tasty. Just to say not over seasoned but, very under seasoned. Beverages great. Appetizers are good. No , surf and turf.

The food was very good. The atmosphere is nothing special. I don’t mind paying an up charge for something but I wish it wasn’t a surprise on my bill and I would have been told about the up charge
