Little Caesars Pizza - Mansfield

The pizza is prepared quickly and made fresh. They offer a wide variety of options, so whether you're in a hurry or have some time to spare, you can choose between freshly made pizzas or grab a Hot-n-Ready for a fast meal. You can customize your own pizzas with your favorite toppings or select from their pre-made options. They also have personal-sized pizzas, breadsticks, and brownie cookies available. The food is delicious, the prices are quite reasonable, and the service is friendly.

In my last four or five visits for lunch, there were no pizzas available, and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes if I wanted one. The staff was friendly, but I'm not sure what's going on. It's quite disappointing. I've noticed that many people have just turned around and left, which must be a loss for business.

I don't think I've ever seen such a poorly run establishment. There is no way this place is even profitable pushing maybe 3-5 cars through the drive thru an hour. Lobby closed. Speaker/menu has been broken for who knows how long. Many years ago you could go inside and grab a quick cheap pizza and immediately be on your way.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered food and paid through the app to pick up at the portal arrived to the door locked with a sign saying the lobby is closed due to short staff and drive thru open only. Joined the long line of cars only to see another employee leave or go on break. Got to the window and the employees were screwing around one sitting on the front counter glued to his phone. No way to get a refund thru the app and have been in a line wrapped around the building for an hour with my pizza getting cold inside. Never again will I purchase from this location.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever gotten. I’ll be bringing back both pizzas for a refund. I’m shocked they would give something like this out.
