Costco Food Court - Maple Grove

Love the food and the prices, but I wish you'd bring the ice cream bars back!!! Or, maybe offer chocolate sundaes? Coffee would be a great option too.

Great wholesale club. Always busy, but the checkout always seems efficient. The staff seem friendly, and I haven't experienced any issues with my shopping here! Great place for bulk-sized purchases!

Costco member for over 20 years. LIEBE COSTCO (quality, prices, travel, etc.). Last year brought from CO to MN and consistently surprised by the staff of Maple Grove. Curt, brusk, openly irritable. Maybe 1 out of all 3 travels I hear a cashier bad mouth a colleague, family member or buyer to the person who unloads the car. I would also be irritable if I had worked with the public - so I don't. First visits I wrote bad interactions to Kovid fatigue. I tried St. Louis Park Costco and didn't think it was much better. I'm just taking a break. I'm not a "frusted child" like Steve H. accuses other critics of being. I just received a consistently good service at Costcos in other countries for 2 decades. Not sure what's going on, but I hope morality will soon improve.

Our family has been members here since the store opened. For the savings on fuel, food, clothes, travel, tires it is a smart choice. With an executive membership, you'll get two rebates each year that will pay more than the cost of your membership fees. Pharmacy is busy but always polite, tire dept busy but always polite. Everyday several thousand shoppers pour into the club in a hurry with no time and you see some of their own dysfunction in some of these other reviews showing upset that the staff didn't treat them as the center of the universe. The protocols are the same for everyone and you have to take time to understand how things work not show up like a frustrated child and demand things go your way. Enough shoppers through the door every day to fill a small city. If there's a wish it would be that the carts stored at the entrance didn't require you to cut a swath through the departing shoppers to get in, but if you know that grab a cart on the lot and push in to the entrance door without the hassle. The professional staff at this location are served an awful lot of humanity every day and respond with high marks

I arrived at the Maple Grove Costco Gas station at 7:30am today/Sunday morning to get gas (Since the gas station opens at 7:00am), but to my surprise and many others folks surprise, all the pumps were locked with pad locks and no one was around. I always try to go in the mornings in order to avoid the lines and when I am on my way to my destination for the day. Now if I want to fill up I will have to make a 2nd trip in and while it is busy. If you say you open at 7:00am, than honor your word and open at 7:00am please. Otherwise adjust your time online so customers have something to count on.
