Contribuisci feedbackAmazing service today. I accidentally ordered my pickup order to elk river location. I couldn't cancel elk river panera. I spoke to the team of the mg panera who got manager lisa. she was great! They repaired everything, I have hot tasty eating fast! thank you!
In recent years I have always enjoyed the service and eating here. lately the service was bad. last time I ordered/paid for a latte. it wasn't ready for the planned time. the personal has been chatting for 10 minutes and saving serviettes, so I just left it.
Not sure what happened here. No one cut a bagel like that. I came home to find every single bagel that looks like that.
Lol this panera. this has happened several times, although it is listed twice on the order.
Very small salad portion. Paid $13 for the salad, after fees, taxes, tip, over $18.00, and my salad bowl was half full. Missing an ingredient that was not listed as being out. One handful of salad the rest toppings. This seems to be normal for this location. Disappointed.
