Red Lobster - Maple Grove

Great fast service with juicy garnels! our waitress tafy was very friendly and delivered great customer service. no complaints, I recommend this location.

Waited 20 minutes to go. no server came by and asked us if we wanted to drink. I love red lobster, but I'm very disappointed tonight. this was my man here for the first time and he decided that Shake-Hack over the parking was a better experience than waiting 20 minutes to not be served. one of the managers was in awe when we told her we were waiting 20 minutes and now go. this experience was 30 minutes ago.

Here was great! tom was the best personal server ever! we really enjoyed our meal and experience. I had the endless shrimp special?! their choice of 5 different types of preparation. I loved the Argentine red shrimp on spits. also the simple deepth fried shrimp was good! I liked it all! I can't wait to come back soon. parking: the door is located on the front of the building with parking on both sides of the building. first a little confusing. follow the signs. You'll be glad you did it.

They were not so busy, but we got our drinks only after our salads were finished. the Cheddar beech biscuits had very little seasoning or cheddar and were very flour packed. when my beer arrived, it was hot, not warm or room temp, but hot. we ordered a surf-n-turf and the small steak came with two separate halves that were different thickening, it should be medium, but one half was medium and the other was shoe leather. we also had the ultimate garnel, it was ok. the garnel and pasta were simply and obviously a combed or packed sauce. they were released from the child lobster tail menu item, not sure whether there is a supply thing or not, they have composed my drink and an additional $25. but we still went with a $75 bill, and we did tipp. we support all big box restaurants and they are now also gone.

I ordered a Create Your Own 3/entree last eve through Uber Eats, when my order came it was clearly not what I ordered, and one meal and cheesecake was costing me $58 plus tip. I called and they said they'd send a gift card for the food, which was $22. I have yet to see the gift card that was promised via Email. Almost $70 I spent for cold food
