Wendy's - Maple Grove

The staff here is really friendly, and it’s great to see how much fun they have while working. I absolutely love that vibe! However, I was stuck behind a car with a teenager driving through, and it took them an eternity to place their order. Eventually, a woman came over the speaker and politely told them to stop messing around and to just go ahead and order. It reminded me of my mother!

However, I had a frustrating experience when I was stuck behind a car with a teenager at the drive-thru who took an eternity to order. Eventually, a woman came on the speaker and had to remind them to stop messing around and hurry up with their orders. I could tell she was exasperated—she understood that there was a line waiting, and she didn't have the time to deal with four separate orders from kids who couldn't decide what they wanted... I mean, it’s WENDY'S, for crying out loud! The only reason I’m giving this place a 4 instead of a 5 is that sometimes the fries are not fresh.

I really enjoy my Baconator! The fries are great too.
