Aburiya Sushi - Maple Ridge

Incredibly fast service!!! Great quality and ingredients. Sooo flavourful! This is my new favourite sushi place in all of Maple Ridge! A must go! You will leave the restaurant full AND satisfied!

As usual on Fridays, my husband and I just want to stay in and relax. We grabbed our flyers and decided onsushi. We wanted to try the new one down the road and noticed they delivered, but when I called they said they nolonger deliver, my husband picked it up. Luckily, it is really close. My hubby wanted the Tuna Donburi, Beef Udon and I went with the Deep Fried Roll Combo. The menu is quite extensive. It has many specialty rolls and fusion items. Soups, salads, starters, sashimi, as well as seared sashimi. My Deep Fried combo consisted of the spicy magic roll, crazyboy roll and playboy roll which are all specialty rolls and ordering it in a combo saves about $1. There are enough items on this menu to please the raw fish eaters in the family as well as the tempura and teriyaki eating members of the family, so I will be ordering this for my daughter's 24th bday dinner in a few weeks. Also, we were given a complimentary item called Toro Aburi Oshi which was a $9.50 value. The order was ready when my husband arrived, so the service was reasonable 20 minutes promised time.

Aburiya Sushi is my go-to place in Maple Ridge. After taking my family for dinner and having a wonderful experience, I have introduced several of my colleagues from work to this great little gem. They too are now regulars. I have several favourite dishes here, but by far the baked salmon roll wins me over every time. The lunch bento is exceptional, and priced very reasonably. You won't be disappointed.

AMAZING FOOD. really busy on weekends so I recommend people to make reservations before. Environment and food is upscale. Affordable price for dinners and lunch. Especially lunch plate deals are dead serious. It's amazing how you can choose any choices within the plate; it contains like 30 different things. Fresh raw fish and amount of the fish on top of the special rolls are unbelievably big. I would definitely pay a little more to eat this kind of goodies rather than going to places where they let you down when you first take a look at the food you ordered. Great presentation as well as well mannered staffs!

Service was decent,they refilled our tea. I personally thought the pricing was kind of expensive though. I got the sashimi salmon oshi combo and the tempura udon. I really liked the regular salmon oshi aburi, that was my favourite. The udon wasn't my favourite but it was still pretty good. The decor was really nice as well, I find Maple Ridge has nicely decorated restaurants compared to Vancouver.
