Gratia Bakery Café - Maple Ridge

We had the breakfast and a turkey cranberry sandwich. Both were delicious. Ran into a problem with the gift card we had being only good for online orders, but otherwise it was great.

The coffee here is fantastic; it has a wonderful flavor. The decor is quite charming as well. However, the cashier/barista was not very welcoming or friendly. They definitely need to improve in that area!

This is a delightful place for a brunch or lunch date. The service was excellent, and the Spicy Chicken Panini was absolutely delicious! The drinks were also great, and they offered alternative milk options.

I returned today and ordered some pizza bagels for $2 each, and they were quite large! I also tried a lavender latte. It seems I arrived during peak hours, as there was a line, but the staff was quick to serve everyone. It's evident that this place has a steady stream of customers and the staff is well-trained to handle the rush.

I was a bit disappointed with my experience! We visited for lunch and ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich. It was overloaded with lettuce but only had a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. We also tried the spicy chicken sandwich, but it had no spice at all! Both sandwiches were rather bland and, given the prices, not worth it. The eggs Benedict with salmon were decent, but the blackened avocado hiding under the sauce was off-putting. Overall, I think this place is better suited for coffee and pastries if you're okay with paying a premium.
