I get my order in a beautiful takeout box with two ketchups no napkins no utensils. I thought takeout meant just that (not eating in) even A Chinese food restaurant will give you a fork and a fortune cookie. And here’s the rub when I went in it wasn’t busy no one inside the restaurant the only person in the establishment was the one doing the cooking who was on the phone not taking an order. And she was wearing her mask over her mouth and not her nose while she was cooking and while she checked me out. What’s the point ??!! The food was good decent but I had to eat it with my fingers and I did not order finger food. I didn’t even get any BK special sauce whatever that is. I’m just saying presentation and customer service is everything. Tighten it up if you want us to come in there. The customers are not doing your favor we pay for the food and service.
Went here on a Groupon. I spent 19 dollars for a 25 dollar Groupon. I was informed in the restaurant that I must spend atleast 30 to use a 25 dollar groupon. It does not state that on Groupon. So let 's do the math. I saved 1 dollar. That 's not worth the trip and honestly it 's a hustle. Anyway, I said I came all this way for a lobster roll . I got the classic.... it was mediocre and mostly lettuce. The bread was toasty but all in all, I was the only customer, and I can see why. The service was quick, but really not worth the price especially that my roll was 70 percent lettuce and 30 percent lobster. In addition, I asked for juice and the cashier told me you want water, it 's less calories and proceeded to give me a water. I know she was trying to be helpful but who said I 'm watching calories eating a lobster roll with fries? Well, never going back, and highly recommend you save your coins and don 't come here. You are better off finding another place.
The lobster roll was a major disappointment. The roll itself was huge, but there were probably only 2 ounces of lobster, and that was flavorless. The fries were good. The soda machine was broken. I wanted to like this place, but I won’t be back.
We ordered 2 Biggie rolls at $28 each. They were the smallest lobster rolls we were ever served with what looked like frozen chopped lobster meat. Easily the worst lobster rolls we ever had and the most expensive.
This is my $22 “Lobster pasta”. No lobster, No Salt, No flavor. I could of made plain pasta at home for free
