Noodles And Company - Maplewood

I called Noodles. I was told 1.99 delivery fee. I placed order. Gave 15% to driver but receipt shows More than $2 of a service charge which was never discussed. GM Told me he has nothing to do with that? He told me to call The Noodle's telephone number again which I did, they had a conversation with him, And he said to refer me to noodles corporate office. Food is cold, And they overcharged me without my approval. RUDE GM store #313! unwilling to help. Ps Don't get the spaghetti! Yuk

Great food and the service is great food for the once in a while crave for pasta and Eastern noodle food. Got the order wrong the first time missing portion, got a small portion from a regular paid portion. Asked for a remake and they didn't have any complaints and remade that with. No mistake all around great service that lets you have a great experience With top tier service.

Food was not very hot and was missing ingredients. Normally I'm happy with the food but today was very disappointing. Did not feel like driving back to the store to get the order corrected. Most businesses would compensate some way for a later date but they said there was no way to do that.

I don't know if it was the manager or some new coworker but they were so rude it wasn't even funny very hostile will never go there again they did an awful job of service with a rude attitude and point accusatorial, the food is not really worth how much money it is 28$ for weird doughy half cooked tasting noodlesParking: Parking sucks literally all the spots are handicap

Sometimes good sometimes dry. Need to be more consistent.Parking: Small small lot I think it has about 4 or 5 spaces.
