Wanted so much more from this place but was let down. Had to send the chicken back (waiter informed me that other tables had as well). The fish was not great. Wife did get a steak that she enjoyed. Won’t come back
Really high end service without being stuffy. what a great night with the family. Excellent ribeye and cream spinach. I loved that they had no problem making a Vesper martini. Looking forward to going back, but it was pretty expensive.
Came this week and the Manager Michael talks to much me and wife could barely enjoy our food without being interrupted he touched the table 5 times. I seen him More than our server Justin. Justin did an amazing job making sure our needs were met. The host Neo was so sweet she greeted us with open arms and her and my wife really hit off. Definitely made entering the restraunt pleasant from the minute I walked in. The staff was amazing from the host, server, and the chef. I do feel like management needs some work as they were more worried about us than managing the establishment.
We've been coming to Shula's for 20 years. Most of the time except during Covid it has been excellent. I usually come for the Australian Rick Lobster. The last 4 visits they do not have it. This visit the hostess was a bit rude. The wait staff was great with one exception, upon arrival we told our waiter we wanted chocolate soufflé knowing it has to be ordered in advance if we did not want to wait for it. Ordered the prime rib lobster side. Very good! No need for the Yorkshire, was not good hard as a brick. After main course we were waiting for the soufflé to arrive. Unfortunately the waiter brought out the dessert menu which means he forgot. We paid and left without ordering dessert. A few improvements need to be made at this price level. Thank you!
