Stopped with grandsons for ice cream after IRM. Had soft serve one cone,

Service is a little slow, something that should take 3 minutes to make takes 10 minutes. The wait is worth it, though. The food and ice cream are amazing.

Love the soft serve but Very Slow. Operated by inexperienced high schoolers. Order management is poor at best. Heath concerns with employees handling money and food without washing hands

2 stars because my friend’s ice cream was good but not my lemon slushie. I notified the blond girl that the slushie was not a slushie. She got offended very fast and tried to defend herself when I just told her in a polite way. My friend later told me that the machine was not filled all the way and the girl told me that she couldn’t do anything about it and it wasn’t freezing. If it wasn’t freezing why are you selling it. Then I notified another coworker but he said he could not do anything about it either. She had a really negative attitude to every customer.

Can i give zero stars?? It should not take twenty minutes to get fries and a cone, especially when a pick-up order is getting cold fries and the person ten minutes after you gets mozz stix and three shakes first! And don't dare ask why because they'll only mock you instead of communicating. Rudest staff ever!! Third strike, I'm out!
