The service was excellent. The only downside was that the items were made of chocolate and strawberries. Other than that, our ice cream was enjoyable.

I give this restaurant a 5-star rating because, regardless of the speed of service, they always have a variety of creams available and the staff is never rude. While they may not be the fastest, they consistently maintain a welcoming atmosphere. However, I'm uncertain if they have enough staff to keep things running smoothly.

I waited in line for quite a while, and when they finally came back to start taking orders, I was informed that none of the items I wanted were available. They didn't have French vanilla, any vanilla at all, or cold foam—essentially, nothing to make a decent cold brew. I ultimately had to leave without getting anything.

Awful wait times for Dunkin' coffee. The staff consistently has a bad attitude, and there's always some sort of drama happening. The place could really use a thorough cleaning; the windows are grimy, the sidewalk is filthy, and the trash outside is constantly overflowing. This Dunkin' feels like a neglected location near Orlando. Poor service here—do yourself a favor and avoid it.

I've visited this place three times, and each time I've requested a chocolate donut with chocolate icing. Can you imagine what I'm asking for? Because every single time, I end up with a plain cake donut topped with chocolate icing! It's so frustrating! Then today, I ordered a Bavarian cream filled donut and received a plain cake donut dusted with powdered sugar and filled with cream instead! Seriously?! This is the last time I'll be coming here.
