Off The Square Cafe - Marianna

This restaurant is a blast! The food is top-notch, from the Shrimp Grits to the Southern Fried Chicken Strips to the Meatballs. The Collard Greens and Creamed Spinach are perfectly cooked as well.

I dined at this restaurant over the weekend when I was visiting my parents' lake house (I'm from Little Rock). I was a little skeptical at first because of the rural location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Shrimp and Grits were amazing, and all the other dishes I saw being served at my table looked impressive too. The restaurant decor was well designed and intriguing. Despite Marianna being a small town, they definitely have at least one top-notch restaurant.

We decided to give this restaurant a try last Friday night, and I was pleasantly surprised! We started with the Redneck Charcuterie and Toasted Ravioli as appetizers, both of which were tasty, although the ravioli was my favorite. My husband and I each ordered a different dish so we could try each other's plates. He had the Crawfish Mac and Cheese and I had the Shrimp Bucatini with Marinara sauce, both of which were really delicious. I particularly enjoyed the creamy sauce on my pasta. The waitstaff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant! It's a hidden gem in a small town.

Last Friday night, we decided to give this restaurant a try and we were not let down! For starters, we enjoyed the redneck charcuterie and toasted ravioli, both of which were delicious. The ravioli was a personal favorite of mine. For our main dishes, my partner and I tried something different. He ordered the crawfish mac and cheese, while I had the shrimp bucatini all marinara. Both dishes were excellent, particularly the creamy sauce on my pasta. The waiter was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant in our small town!

The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and I will definitely return.
