At 5 PM on a Saturday, the front door was locked, and the three employees inside were just staring. I tried to open the door since all the neon signs were lit up, but one of the employees just laughed. I guess they’re okay with losing business pretty quickly.

EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW! This store .7 miles from my shop. I ordered one simple sandwich with a drink at 12:55. At 1:45 we called to check on it, it 's not here so it 's out for delivery . We already knew this based on the email updates. Infact had already been out for delivery for 30 minutes. Finally, at 2:10 the driver comes strolling in and hour and 15 minutes later. The ice in my drink had all melted away by the time he got it here. Good thing I wasn 't a diabetic in crisis! This is the second time their delivery has been extremely slow. I 've eaten in at this particular store and everything was fine. Why can 't their deliveries be just as good.

It doesn?t seem to matter what time of day you come. This jimmy John?s will be closed. Don?t waste your time. The hours they post mean nothing

I've hesitated several times to write a review for this restaurant, but today's experience pushed me to finally share my thoughts. This location is just 0.8 miles from my workplace, yet it took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver my order. If this were a one-time issue, I might overlook it, but unfortunately, it isn’t. When I called for an update, I was put on hold for an indefinite period. When I tried again, I was told, "we're trying to get all the sandwiches out." Given that this location is near a hospital and in a very busy part of town, I expected better service from the staff.

I arrived at the restaurant just as a staff member was closing the door an hour and a half early. She won; I was actually relieved that she wasn’t the one making my sandwich. Today, I finally got my sandwich, but another girl behind the counter looked really unhappy. Still, she was helpful. Unfortunately, my first bite was overwhelmed by a huge spoonful of mayonnaise. Be mindful of your work, or perhaps consider finding a new job if this one is so frustrating.
