Contribuisci feedbackI placed my order as I was parked nearby. After ordering at the register, I asked which car I was supposed to go to, and they brought my order to my vehicle. I really appreciated the minimal contact involved in this process.
I understand businesses are short staffed; however there are 4 employees in the store. The guy who took my order acted annoyed and bothered, as if our presence was a burden. We waited OVER 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza in the parking lot. Rude!
Today wasn't the best experience, but I understand that everyone can have an off day. They've consistently provided great service for me over the past two years, so I'm still giving them five stars despite today’s hiccup. I still love Little Caesars, even if things didn't go well today—I'm not taking it personally. But if there are too many issues, I might have to reconsider! Lol!
Decent pizza and a drive thru window! I bought an extra best cheese pizza (cheese pizza with extra cheese for $6.00 . it was pretty good. great quality/priced pizza for small children and children. only the complaining is the same complaining at most little caesars pizza restaurants: they do not cut their pizza through. this means when they go to get a piece of pizza, the whole pizza can lifts up instead of a single piece of pizza (dry scolding hot cheese / sauce / toppings on the hands and burn them in the process ouch! second degree incineration can cause a wreck! also it is in a downhill part of marietta, ga near several city project housing units that beg several people for money and harass them while waiting in their car for their pizza order. best advice, order online via the website and get her pizza order. the website will tell them how long their order is ready. the app for Android/Iphone is difficult to use and does not have as many options available through the little caesars website. sincere, jacob
When I got home, I discovered that there was another issue with the pizza. They had only added pepperoni to one-third of it, meaning that only 3 out of the 8 slices had pepperoni, while the remaining 5 slices were just cheese sticks. I called the restaurant to report the problem, and they insisted that I return the entire pizza so they could fix it. I found this unacceptable; I didn’t want to waste my gas driving back just for a replacement. I didn't go back, as I was too hungry to wait any longer, and I didn’t want to make a trip only to receive what I should have gotten in the first place. I informed them that I would be submitting a complaint through the feedback link in my email confirmation. Now, I just have to wait and see if a manager from the restaurant reaches out to me. The girl on the phone who told me to bring back the pizza claimed to be a manager, but I’m doubtful; it felt like she was just trying to brush me off.
