Culver's - Marion

At culver’s in marion. went through Drive-thru sat and waited for our food for 25 minutes, girl went on the parking went back to the load with our bag eating cuz she did not see on our day. I didn't have our desserts. still 5 to 10 minutes waited kitty in and finally got the food they had not yet made. that was cold. Now we have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get hot food and our concrete melt in the car. I don't understand. I worked for 30 years in food service and it was never like that and everything we have was here, here you eat is no excuses or offer for the long wait and then make it again when eating.

There were about 4 workers for each task that should only need 1 person. many of them do absolutely nothing. 2 people made rock paper scissors. a guy stood there and looked at us like he was dead. but I wouldn't care if it didn't take 15 minutes to just wait for a simple delivery order. when we finally got our food, there were no utensilien or dressing for the salad, so we had to go back in. overall there was service müll.

This place is so nice. Great food. But the cleanliness and nice, polite, well groomed staff is just what customers want. Cudos.

There's a full menu which is nice. You can order whatever you feel like that day. They have the flavor of the day but you can choose any flavor of custard ice cream. They have diet pop or regular pop. You can order root beer their own in diet or regular.

My new favorite fast food place! Hamburgers are good, and the ice cream is great. The cheese curds are the best.
