Pancheros Mexican Grill - Marion

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and respectful. The general manager, Dionne, is always smiling when I visit. She remembers exactly how I like my bowl prepared, which is great! As a regular customer, I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Dionne always creates a welcoming atmosphere. We need more people like her!

Fast service as always. The burritos are large as ever and the fillings are fresh and savory. I appreciate having five different sauces to choose from.

I never leave reviews but this place is especially bad. Firstly customer service was terrible which I can brush off easily. Just care if the food is good or not. I got a burrito and the rice was either over cooked or old and expired because there were pieces that were quite literally as hard as a rock. Same deal with the chicken. A few pieces here and there were extremely hard and had a very uncomfortable bite. Couldn’t eat it. Complete waste of $12 for just a burrito. This is one of the worst places I’ve ate at in a long time.

Not much of a mexican food lover but family and friends enjoyed it..Nice clean restaurant and friendly staff.....

Marion I’ve always wanted to try this place, sadly it was disappointing. Not very clean, way smaller serving than even Moe’s (bowl, chips, queso). Service was nonexistent. I stood at the counter for several minutes as two employees never spoke or welcomed a customer (they were making to go orders), portion size was small, however price point was high especially for the small servings. I don’t recall even a thank you after paying. I ate inside and the table had dried queso on it, floor needed swept. The food was bland, the guacamole had large chunks of avocado (they didn’t even crush it shows another lack of interest by the staff). Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I’ll be going to Moe’s (over by Target) or Taco Depot (it’s coming to Marion) next time instead. This was thoroughly disappointing. Stop at Walmart, get a microwave burrito instead.
