My 38 pizza is a three cheese cheese pizza so I just paid 41 bucks for a cheese pizza from Papa John's. I guess they seen me coming. Be careful what you order online and you're better off talking to a person. Worse experience I've ever had using what they give you for questions. I ordered a delivery and they put it in as takeout just to show how messed up that is
All I can say is that I'm super happy that I decided to place my order on New Years Eve. I was hesitant because of all the other reviews that I was reading. We did NOT experience any of these other issues that I have read about so that makes me believe they were isolated incidences. We ordered 8 pizzas with a bunch of different dipping sauces. I called ahead to check on the order to make sure it was all good for pickup. Sam answered the phone and assured me everything was good for my order. She was 100% correct and super friendly/polite on the phone. My friend picked up our order a half hour later and everything went smooth and the order was done correctly and on time for pickup. Pizza tasted amazing and looked great upon arrival to my house a half hour away. We did however have the pizza in our own pizza delivery bag so it kept them fresh for the ride home. Overall I will definitely be back and can't wait to place another order with this amazing store and it's great staff!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU PUT IN ON A HOLIDAY TO KEEP ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SATISIFIED!!!! IT DOESN'T GO UNNOTICED AND YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE IN MY BOOK!!!!!
Terrible service and no food. Thanks for stealing roughly 50 dollars from me!
Not a sit-down restaurant, but they do have a decent sitting area if you are early to get you pizza. Always smells great! And the food has always been good from this location.
Somehow the manager working on 12/8/23 at 6:15pm thinks it is the customer's problem if they don't deliver your whole order. She expected me to wait over 30 minutes for items I paid for. She was rude and wouldn't let me speak my frustration. She wanted to argue with me. She blamed the delivery driver. What kind of manager puts blame on others? It is her job to ensure quality and accuracy. I wasted over $50 and the food was not even cut all the way through. We had to cut our pizza ourselves, over again. My advice is to check your order before the driver leaves. Can't trust they will get your order right. Let alone deal with a manager who doesn't know how to correct issues.
