Cafe Nevill - Market Harborough

The environment is pleasant, the food is excellent, and the staff is very professional. It's a rarity to find all three these days.

The coffee here was ok, albeit on the pricier side. However the high prices may be due to the sustainable packaging that they use for their takeaway mugs. All the packaging was recyclable.Location of the coffee shop was lovely and it had good vibes to it. The coffee shop is also cyclist friendly.

We have visited this restaurant several times in the past, but our experience today left us disappointed. It seems that the staff could use additional training and guidance. Despite there being quite a few employees present, they appeared disorganized and unsure of the menu. Additionally, they did not have an order pad to take our order. We also experienced a lengthy wait for breakfast, and the food we received was overcooked.

Excellent service, fantastic location, and friendly staff. I will definitely return!

I had a great experience on my first visit! The service was excellent and the food was enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and I'm looking forward to possibly trying afternoon tea next time.
