La Sultana Marrakech

An incredible haven of impeccable service and luxurious boutique hotel style sumptuousness, La Sultana is an absolute must in Marrakech. The spa is spectacular with sublime treatments. The staff and service are other worldly: warm, discrete, incredibly professional. The roof top bar and dinner setting is a peaceful and glorious escape from the loud, tourist traps around the city. A magical and historical Riad in Marrakech. The Madame of the house, Mme Saida she is absolutely wonderful! Superbe femme! Each suite is uniquely decorated, really respectful and lovely staff.

I came to this restaurant for dinner and had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived to when I left. Sitting on the rooftop with drinks next to the fire was delightful. We were then escorted down to our table next to the pool with live music. The service was excellent, with the hostess taking great care of us. From walking us to the rooftop to our table, it was a five-star experience overall. Service: 5, Location: 5

I made a reservation at this restaurant two weeks before our anniversary, but was disappointed when we arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait for nearly an hour and a half to be seated. Despite the restaurant being fancy, we decided to order our main course right away because we just wanted to eat and leave. It took almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant should inform customers if the food takes a long time to be cooked, and they should stick to the booking time that was chosen. A 10 to 15-minute delay is understandable, but waiting for over an hour is unacceptable.
