Sonic Drive-in - Marshall

First they shut down the drive in on Grand Ave so you have to battle traffic on 59 to get to the other one, and now that location has turned off the online app so they can avoid honoring national deals, rewards, or happy hour half price drinks. Sonow you have to wait much longer in a cloud of carbon monoxide, as no one turns off their engines despite skyrocketing fuelprices.

Ordered a number 3 meal with a sprite and a rote 44 cherry slush with 2 extra squirts of the cherry flavor. The screen and pay function did not work. Order came out, #3 ok, but they bring out 4 drinks, I explained what the drink was supposed to be and thecarhop disappeared with drinks and then brings out one of the original drinks. Had to explain once again, route 44 cherry slushwith 2 extra pumps of cherry flavor. I also let them know the pay function on the kiosk wasn't working, they take my card andrun it inside. Somehow I was charged $25.47, I brought the amount to the carhop and he takes my cars and says we'll credit theaccount, brings card back and adds that we'll get 2 free route 44's on our next visit. Shame on me for not checking the receiptto make sure all was on the up and up, but it's not, no credit at all.

I prefer the one that shut down but this one's okay if you don't mind the fact that the stalls are almost always broken 24/7

Service and food always good, but this location really really needs renovation. Walls are busted an filthy and half the order boxes in the stalls are broken. One may have to pull in out of 2 to 3 stalls before you find one that works, even then thescreens are so dark one can barely see what's on them. No drive thru window either.

Tried to purchase a bag of ice and couldn't because ice machine wasn't working right or something supposedly....how were they serving ice in the drinks though? Returned next day to try again on buying ice. I finally got it but service was SUPER slow,it appeared only 1 carhop working on a Sunday morning. Will return, but only reluctantly bc they are the only Sonic and I dolove the ice.
