The experience was quick, and the food was excellent! It's a fantastic spot for a large, delicious burger.
I was waiting for the lunch menu to be unveiled, but the breakfast menu was still in place. I called to inquire about when they would switch it, and the person I spoke to said that someone would eventually take care of it. I'm not sure if that meant they were in the process of changing it at that moment or if it would happen later on. I ended up waiting for five minutes before deciding to leave, as they still hadn't made the update.
The food was hot and fresh, but the customer service was terrible. The woman at the window was very curt; she simply handed us our food and walked away when we said thank you.
It seems that during almost every visit I've made to this restaurant, there has been some sort of problem. Whether it’s the register being down, a lack of change resulting in only credit card transactions, understaffing leading to delays in food service, or the speaker box not functioning properly, there always seems to be an issue. To make matters worse, the staff working the drive-thru have been quite rude!
