Contribuisci feedbackThe portion size was generous; as a big guy, I felt satisfied with the amount of food. If you enjoy Mexican cuisine, or even if you're not usually a fan, I recommend giving Cinco de Mayo a try. You'll likely be happy with your meal. One suggestion I have is for the restaurant to provide more chips. Additionally, when you're reading reviews, pay attention to those from frequent reviewers. Be cautious of reviews that are only one or five stars, as they might come from either very occasional diners or one-off dissatisfied customers, making them less reliable. Look for reviews from people who have dined at various establishments; they tend to offer genuine insights most of the time. Another piece of feedback I would offer, applicable across the board, is that staff should smile more and be friendlier while serving customers. This isn’t just for Cinco de Mayo—it's a common area for improvement everywhere. Thank you, and happy dining! Brian Hope
This restaurant has the best tacos! I'm making the trip across the bridge just to enjoy them, and even the $5 toll is worth it. The salsa is fantastic, too!
I’ve been on the hunt for excellent Mexican food around the Bay Area since moving from Southern California, and I finally found it! The food is served quickly and is quite good. The pork and carne asada are outstanding. Everything I've tried has been fantastic!
The food is outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable.
I've visited this restaurant a few times. The first visit was decent, but my second visit was exceptional. On both occasions, the prices were excellent. The two-taco plate with either ground beef or chicken, served with rice and beans, costs just $6.99, and the chili relleno à la carte is only $3.00. It's definitely worth dining here a few more times; I hope my first experience was a fluke because my second visit was spot on. Having moved to Martinez a few months ago, I discovered there are actually several Cinco de Mayo locations run by the same family. There are two in Martinez, and both offer delicious food at great prices. The Pacheco location has consistently delivered amazing meals, and my first experience there was truly memorable. I absolutely love this place!
